This is an integrative multifaceted health and wellness consulting practice devoted primarily to nutritional and fitness coaching as an independent contractor under a private clinical therapy practice when more intensive therapeutic services may be required to address the underlying issues many of us face in our struggles with achieving an active yet balanced lifestyle. cus on one's optimal fitness if they are not motivated to barely get out of bed or have difficulty with time management. With the obesity epidemic in America and our fast paced on the go culture many of us also struggle with achieving a healthy balance in our lives trying to juggle priorities of exercise with working or attending school and trying to raise families. These high levels of stress and minimal options for healthy eating on the go make it challenging for one achieve their dreams of becoming healthy and fit when one is discouraged, tired and overwhelmed. Overall levels of functioning between our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual beings are all interconnected. Together, we will establish your health and wellness goals and identify any obstacles that might prevent you from achieving these goals. Nutritional consults, individualized meal plans and fitness routines will be established. Ongoing motivational coaching services are provided to help you successfully achieve your goals. Some people have not resolved feelings of grief and loss, they suffered trauma as a child or adult, they are struggling with transitions to life events such as divorce or unsatisfying relationships, or they suffer from depression and other mental health issues. Poor self-worth or self- esteem and emotional eating to counteract one's feelings may contribute to unhealthy dietary habits. We can address and resolve the root of some of these issues to move forward and be successful in your vision. Numerous studies indicate that health and wellness is directly related to higher productivity and morale among employees. Services are available for individual coaching and counseling to promote balance and to achieve overall fitness goals as well as on a group level to promote health and wellness in the workplace. Consulting is offered through various contracts on a small business/corporate level for various presentations and speaking engagements as well as on a monthly or quarterly basis to offer services to employees at group or individual rates. Motivational life coaching may be provided online or over the phone, solution focused/goal oriented and cognitive behavioral therapy may be provided individually as needed during in person sessions throughout the High Desert or Inland Empire areas of San Bernardino County (Southern California area) by appointment only. All initial needs assessments are free via email or phone if you are seeking further information or an estimate for you or your agency. All services range in cost on a case by case basis depending on needs and duration of services. Consulting and presentations at community based health related events are also available.
