Battle of the Badges 2025.
The EMT crew showed up ready, and left as legends. We dominated Musical Chairs and proved once again that first responders have both fast feet and competitive hearts.

We might not have taken home the title this year, but catch us in the parking lot practicing our tug of war tactics.. Proud of our super awesome team for coming out to compete for this great cause, and showing everyone that EMS doesn’t just save lives, we win games too! 🚑

When you call to schedule, please let us know which type of visit you need, or if you're combining both. Then we can make sure everything's in place for a smooth appointment.

Well Child/Sports Physicals will be billed to insurance. During the visit, we will complete immunizations, manage any acute or chronic conditions, and conduct the athletic physical.

Sports Physical ONLY- A fee of $45 is due at the time of service for Sports Physical only. Please bring signed and completed forms.

Starting Wednesday! It's that time of year again to schedule your child's sports physical or well-child visit at Mott Clinic! Whether your young athlete needs clearance to hit the field or your little one is due for a check-up, we're here to help keep them healthy and thriving.
