🎉👶 Welcome the First Baby of 2026! 👶🎉

West River Health Services is proud to welcome the first baby born in 2026, the family’s third son, continuing a special tradition as all three of their boys were delivered right here at WRHS.

Nathan and Amanda Strid shared that choosing to deliver close to home means familiar faces, trusted care, and a small-town feel where everyone feels like family.

Congratulations to this wonderful family, and thank you for trusting WRHS with such a meaningful milestone! We’re honored to care for generations of families right here at home.

With dangerously cold temperatures expected, please take extra precautions when spending time outdoors. Frostbite can develop quickly in freezing conditions, especially on exposed skin like fingers, toes, ears, and noses.

Giving Hearts is hitting the court for round two with the Hettinger-Scranton Nighthawk Boys Basketball team this Friday, January 9th, in Scranton starting at 4:00pm!
Come hungry, come loud, and come ready to give big. It's the same great, big Giving Hearts, just another chance to turn school spirit into support for West River Health Services Foundation.

Please note the following clinic closures and adjusted hours as we celebrate the holiday season:

December 24 (Christmas Eve)
• Hettinger, Lemmon, Mott & New England Clinics will close at 12:00 PM
• Bowman Clinic will be closed all day

December 25 (Christmas Day)
• All clinics closed in observance of the holiday

December 26
• Lemmon & Mott Clinic closed

December 31 (New Year’s Eve)
• Bowman Clinic closes at 11:00 AM (Bowman Drug closes at noon)

January 1 (New Year’s Day)
• All clinics closed in observance of the holiday
