We’re proud to announce Lori Brien as the very first recipient of our BEE Award (Being Exceptional Everyday) — an annual honor recognizing an outstanding CNA!

Lori, who has served as a CNA and bath aide, was chosen for her kind demeanor towards her fellow teammates and compassionate way she cares for our residents every day.

Congratulations, Lori! Thank you for setting the bar so high! 💛

While this declaration does not specifically apply to Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)only, many of our care communities are located within these regions and may be impacted by the aftermath.

Our thoughts are with all those affected. Thank you to the first responders, caregivers, and community members who have come together. ❤️

Gov. Kelly Armstrong today declared a statewide disaster and activated the State Emergency Operations Plan after multiple tornadoes, strong winds and hail caused widespread damage Friday across North Dakota, claiming the lives of three people.

As Skilled Nursing Care Week ended last week, we’re reflecting on a beautiful week of celebration and connection. This year’s theme, “Tapestry of Life,” reminds us that every person—staff, residents, and families—adds their own unique thread to the fabric of our community.

From shared meals and themed events to quiet moments of appreciation, we celebrated all the things that bring us together. One especially meaningful gesture was the gift of a novel written by one of our very own published authors, generously shared with all staff by their family. It reminded us that beyond the care we give, we each bring stories, talents, and passions that enrich this community.

To our incredible team: thank you for the care, heart, and color you bring to this tapestry every single day.
