Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®) is a powerful energetic technique that uses the violet angelic energy ray, brought to us through the nine Healing Angels of the Energy Field, to help get the “issues out of your tissues”. IET supports you in safely and gently releasing limiting energy patterns of your past, empowering and balancing your life in the present, and helping you to reach for the stars as you evolve into your future. 🌈

In this special workshop, you will practice Restorative Yoga led by Melissa while experiencing this angelic energy as Betty Sue channels this for you along with angelic “powerbursts” to concentrate this energy into your tissues. Founded in April 2015 by Melissa Gentile & Lara Kowalewski, Country Flow Yoga is a heart & soul yoga studio with a tranquil country vibe. Come as you are and be a part of our friendly, supportive and inspiring community!

Now offering Hatha Yoga, Hot Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Innovative Teacher Trainings, Private Yoga Sessions, Reiki and Energy Healings, Enlightening Workshops and MORE! Proudly serving the greater West Milford Community since 2015!
