Today we honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to this country.🇺🇸🫡🇺🇸Many left behind loved ones, families, and traded the comforts of home for the job of protecting and honoring the freedoms, values, and rights we have as Americans.
🙏😌🙏May we remember that freedom comes with great sacrifice, and help us all to remember to hold compassion and honor for the families who have carried that burden for us all. Maybe Take a moment today to slow down, breathe, be present, and give thanks for all the freedoms we often take for granted.

Extending a huge, heartfelt thank you to Ellie Wertz @ Honeydew Acres for hosting such a beautiful event yesterday! It was an incredible turnout, and it meant so much to feel the community's support! 🙏💕😃💕🙏 I am deeply grateful for the space you created; it made the day very special!

March 28, 2026 — 🟡🪐🔴Morning Sky Lineup!!

Okay early birds… the sky is doing a thing again,
before sunrise on March 28, you can catch three planets hanging out in the eastern sky, loosely lined up.

🟡♀ Venus — ridiculously bright, you can’t miss her
🪐♄ Saturn — soft golden glow, a little more low-key
🔴♂ Mars — faint, reddish

Astrologically and esoterically, people often interpret planetary alignments as symbolic moments of energy or themes. Venus often represents love, harmony, and values. Mars can signify drive, passion, and conflict. Saturn brings themes of structure, discipline, and lessons. When these three appear together, people might see it as a moment to balance personal desires (Mars), relationships (Venus), and long-term growth or responsibility (Saturn). Of course, interpretations vary, but many view alignments as a symbolic opportunity to reflect on how these areas of life intersect. Ultimately, it's a personal lens—what you make of it is your own story.

• Look east
• Find Venus first—she’s the overachiever of the group

I am thrilled to announce an upcoming class I will be teaching at Heartland Community College!

🧘🏽‍♂️🧘🏽🧘🏼‍♀️Mind–Body Balance: Simple Tools for Everyday Life!! 🧘🏽‍♂️🧘🏽🧘🏼‍♀️

Everything we experience — in our bodies, thoughts, and emotions — affects how we feel every day. In this two-part class, we will explore simple and accessible tools to help you understand and work with your energy system, enabling you to feel more grounded, balanced, and empowered in your daily life.

The class will cover:
• Easy breath practices
• Calming visualizations
• How to recognize your own energetic patterns
• Practical ways to shift your state and feel more in control
• A soothing 45-minute yoga session each night to help you reconnect with your body

The class will take place on Thursdays, December 4 and December 11, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at the Heartland Fitness & Recreation Center. The cost is $35.

Whether you are new to energy work, yoga, or simply seeking to bring more peace and balance into your day-to-day life, this class is an excellent place to begin.
