Marketing & Social Media Manager / Client Services
This role balances two areas of responsibility: managing our marketing and social media as well as being the primary contact for our client services. In the Marketing / Social Media aspect of the role, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing our strategy across social media platforms, with the goal of expanding customer engagement, building brand awareness, and supporting company objectives. In the client services role, you will be the face and voice of Breathe, working from the front desk at our downtown Bloomington location. Ideal candidates are familiar with current
marketing trends, have media experience, want to be a part of providing life-changing services to our community, and have a passion for engaging with our clients in a trauma informed way.

Marketing & Social Media Responsibilities: Build a working knowledge of Breathe’s mission, identity, and services.
-Collaborate with the executive team.
-Adhere to a consistent brand voice and maintain company brand standards in all product support materials and communications.
-Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Breathe objectives, including social media and marketing and communication projects.
-Design and create graphics and marketing materials.
-Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
-Write and proof copy and manage, monitor, and update website.
-Monitor and respond to client inquiries, comments, and messages across social media platforms.
-Analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly, monitoring SEO.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into our social media strategy.
-Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse responsibilities.
Client Services Responsibilities:
-Receptionist duties
-Greet and assist onsite guests and clients
-Handle both inbound and outbound calls/texts
-Setting appointments with clients
-Email communication and correspondence
-Newsletters and email subscriptions
-Collaborate and support executive team
-Provide pre and post support to our therapy intensive clients
-Assist with creation and proofing of support documents and presentations
-Help with event planning and ex*****on (therapy intensives, training events, seminars)

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
-Knowledge in social media management for a brand or agency
-Experience in creating engaging content that drives engagement and brand awareness
-Experience in managing social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, etc.
-Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Cloud or other design products and Microsoft Office Suite
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Detail-oriented with a strong eye for accuracy and consistency
-Ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams
-Strong organizational and project management skills
-Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
-Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20-$25 per hour depending on skill, training & experience

Location: In person
Ability to work on site at Grove & Prairie location, occasionally at our Breathe Lodge in
Heyworth, with flexibility in remote work and schedule
