As you may recall, in November 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced an anti-dumping investigation on float glass products from China and Malaysia. For many, this created uncertainty in both supply and pricing.

For Majestic? This meant taking immediate action ➡️

🔍 November 2024: We began our search for an additional production facility.
🏭 April 2025: We opened a new "sister" factory in Thailand

Majestic’s Multifamily team collaborated with McGowan Builders & Lefferts to develop a custom LED medicine cabinet mirror sample for the Sales Center at 72 Park Miami Beach, a new 22-story luxury condo. This sample demonstrates how we partner with clients early in the design process to transform their vision into reality.
