Do you wonder what it entails to participate in one of our studies?

Our team supports patients throughout the entire process. Depending on the type of trial being conducted (phases I-IV), the research team includes doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Providers check patients at the beginning of the trial, provide specific instructions for participation, monitor their performance throughout the trial, and follow up after the study is completed.

Clinical trials have specific guidelines about who can participate. People can enroll or not in a study based on factors such as age, gender, the type and stage of a disease, previous treatment history, and other medical conditions.

The plate method is a visual tool used for meal planning, especially for those managing diabetes or aiming for balanced meals.

By using a 9-inch plate. Fill half of the plate with nonstarchy vegetables. Examples include lettuce, cucumbers, broccoli, tomatoes, and green beans. Divide the other half of the plate into two smaller, equal sections. You might hear these smaller sections called quarters. In one quarter of the plate, place a lean protein. Examples include fish, beans, eggs, lean meat, and poultry. On the other quarter, place healthy carbohydrates such as fruits and whole grains.
