1. Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of fluids, especially water, to help your kidneys flush out waste products and maintain healthy blood flow.

Focus on a diet low in sodium, including plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein sources.

June is Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Awareness Month. This observance aims to raise awareness about PTSD, educate the public on the mental health condition, and provide support to those affected.

While it's normal to have some reactions after a traumatic event, like feeling anxious or having trouble sleeping, these symptoms usually subside within a few weeks. If symptoms persist for more than a month and significantly interfere with daily life, a diagnosis of PTSD may be considered. Talk to your doctor about it.

Why is it important to visit your doctor every year?

-Preventive care: Annual visits are a primary focus on preventive care, helping to identify potential health risks and develop personalized plans to address them.

-Early detection: Healthcare providers can detect potential health issues early before they become serious problems.

-Baseline for health: Annual checkups establish a baseline for health, allowing doctors to track changes over time and guide treatment plans for existing conditions.

-Personalized prevention plans: Doctors can create or update personalized prevention plans based on individual risk factors and health goals.

Your health is at risk if your waist size is over 94cm (about 37 inches) for men, and over 80cm (about 31.5 inches) for women.
