Getting ready for your body sculpting session? Follow these simple steps to boost your results and make the most out of every appointment:
💧 Hydrate: Drink at least 2 liters of water daily for 3 days before your session (3+ liters for the best results).
🍽️ No eating 2 hours before your treatment and avoid eating for 1 hour after.
🧴 Keep skin product-free: No oils, lotions, or creams on the treatment area.
🥗 Eat clean: Stick to a low-carb, low-fat, low-sugar, and low-calorie diet at least 24 hours prior.
🚫 Avoid caffeine & alcohol on the day of treatment.
🏃♀️ Move your body: Do at least 30 minutes of cardio after your session to help flush toxins and boost results.
