At Body4Yoga we are endlessly inspired by the women who walk through our doors—leaders, healers, mothers, friends, and warriors in their own unique ways. Every class, every breath, every pose is a celebration of what our bodies and spirits can do.

Join us for a deeply rejuvenating and transformative afternoon as we welcome back Energy Healer Rackie Villanueva to Body4Yoga.
The Energy Healing Circle will begin with a guided meditation to cultivate awareness and relaxation, preparing us for the powerful healing journey ahead.
Each participant will have the opportunity to receive a one-on-one energy healing session with Rackie, incorporating Energy Healing, Aura Cleansing, Chakra Healing & Alignment. While awaiting your turn, you may continue in a seated meditation or rest in savasana, absorbing the serene and healing energy of the group.
Following your session, Rackie will share any intuitive messages she received, offering insights into your energy levels, blockages, their root causes, and what areas need healing. To close the circle, we will receive an Angel Card reading, providing further guidance and inspiration.

This is a special opportunity to immerse yourself in peace, love, and deep healing within a supportive group setting. We invite you to join us for this heart-opening experience!
