Catholic Hospice is a community-based not-for-profit program serving the South Florida community since 1988. Catholic Hospice provides responsive end-of-life care for patients of all ages and faiths, and assists families in caring for a loved one with reverence and dignity at the most vulnerable time in life’s journey. Our patients, residents and those who use our services are our first responsibility. We provide our services with love, skill, compassion and respect for all human dignity - regardless of race, creed or religious affiliation.

In October, Catholic Hospice is wearing PINK in honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Our staff is committed to share our support in honoring those who have been affected by breast cancer. So, every Friday, we are showing off our pink! Pictured are Social Worker Amy Gardiner and Clinical Care Manager Claudette Shaw from our Broward team.

At Catholic Hospice, we not only care for our patients, but we also care for their families. This part of life's journey can be difficult on everyone in the family, so we want to make sure that we take special care of you and your loved ones.

Recently, our Yellow Team led by Clinical Care Manager Tamara Esquijarosa received a letter of gratitude from the family of one of their patients about the exceptional care they provided to their loved one and to them. Special recognition was shared with the family's care team: Team Physician Dr. Otto Marquez, RN Liliana Rodriguez Roque, RN, and Hospice Aides Navis Lastra Rodriguez and Katia Alpizar Riol.

We are looking for compassionate nursing professionals who will help deliver medical care to patients in their place of residence and work collaboratively with patients, families, and other team members while maintaining the highest standards of professional nursing.

✅ Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
