April is National Stress Awareness Month!
Are you noticing that you’re feeling stressed? Here are some stress relief tips...

• Take a break – BREATHE! Don’t have a lot of time? Take an intentional one-minute break to reset or take frequent breaks throughout the day.
• Set Boundaries! If you’re at or over capacity, it’s time to take a step back. Limit what you can and can’t do.
• Get out in nature! Take a hike, relax by the beach, or simply, take a walk around your neighborhood! Don’t forget to enjoy the fresh air!
• Do yoga or meditate... or pray! Get in touch with your spiritual self!
• Spend time on your own doing activities you enjoy!

Are there any other ways that you find helpful with managing stress? We’d love to know what you’re doing!

March 2 is Ash Wednesday signifying the start of this year’s Lenten season in the Catholic faith. Catholics all over the world enter a season of fasting, repentance, and almsgiving. | “Even now, says the LORD, return to me with your whole heart, with fasting, and weeping, and mourning; Rend your hearts, not your garments, and return to the LORD, your God. For gracious and merciful is he, slow to anger, rich in kindness, and relenting in punishment” (-Joel 2:12-13).
