Walk for Hope was a beautiful reminder of unity, compassion, and strength. Partnering with our City of Hialeah allowed us to stand together in solidarity for all those impacted by breast cancer. Each step taken represented courage, love, and the shared goal of raising awareness and support. Together, we continue to walk with hope for a future free of breast cancer.

Larkin Community Hospital expresses its deepest condolences to the Kirk family. In response to a controversial social media post, the hospital CEO clarifies the individual involved is a former resident with no current affiliation. Larkin Community Hospital and the Larkin Health System remain committed to compassion, integrity, and quality care.

Larkin Community Hospital would like to extend our deepest condolences to the family, friends, and community of Charlie Kirk whose life was tragically taken earlier today. We stand firmly against all forms of violence and join others in honoring his memory.

We are aware of a video circulating on social media in which an individual is claimed to be working with Larkin Community Hospital. We wish to make it clear that this individual is a prior Resident of Larkin Community Hospital who completed her Residency in 2018. She is not currently employed, does not have privileges, and has no current affiliation with our hospital or within the Larkin health System.
