✨New Staff Highlight! ✨

Help us welcome Meghan Wright to the ProActive Family! 💙🧡

Meghan Wright, M.A., CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist with a passion for supporting children and families across their communication journeys. She has received training in myofunctional disorders and treatment as well as gestalt language processing, which helps her tailor therapy to each child’s unique needs and strengths.

Meghan loves partnering with families to improve communication access in meaningful, functional ways, whether that looks like speech, language development, AAC, or alternative communication strategies. Her approach is collaborative and strengths-based, and she truly enjoys celebrating every success, big and small, as she works together with families toward each child’s goals.

Help us in welcoming Alli Dykstra to the ProActive family! 🧡💙

Alli graduated from The University of Iowa in 2025 where she earned her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. She is ecstatic about continuing to work with children and their families in the pediatric setting after graduation. She has experience working with children of all ages and abilities to optimize gross motor function, independence, functional mobility, and confidence through play. She is passionate about providing compassionate and family-centered care so that each child can thrive.
