✨ Meet Olivia! ✨

You might see a new friendly face around the office! Olivia will be subbing in for our amazing medical assistant, Bethany, while she’s on maternity leave. 🤍

Olivia will be helping with lab draws + patient support. We’re so excited to have her as part of the Back in Line crew! Be sure to say hi when you’re in the office! 👋

Get to know Olivia below!

"I started my healthcare journey in 2015 at Mercy as a full-time phlebotomist, where I built a strong foundation in patient care and lab procedures. Since then, I’ve continued to grow in the field and now work full-time as a Firefighter/Paramedic with Hiawatha Fire Department. I also continue part-time in the Mercy Emergency Department as a Critical Care Paramedic, so drawing labs is still very much part of my everyday practice.

I’m excited to step in and help support Back In Line during this temporary staffing transition. My goal is to make everything seamless for both the team and the patients who come through the door.

Fun Fact: When I’m not at work, I’m usually spending time with my 6 dogs (yes, six!). There’s never a dull moment, but there’s always a lot of love and probably a squeaky toy somewhere in the background!"
