Our phone lines and system is currently down due to widespread issues with Rainbow, which is being worked on. If you are having an eye emergency, please call our Falls City office at 402-245-2017.
📣 Service & Network Interruption Update
On November 16, 2025, we experienced a network interruption affecting some of our systems. Immediately upon learning of the issue, we took swift action to contain it and engaged both our internal IT team and external technology experts to help remediate affected systems. The investigation is still in its early stages, and we will share more information as soon as we are able.
As part of our protective measures, we temporarily disconnected certain system functions. We are now bringing systems back online gradually and expect to resume normal operations in the near future.
🔔 Additional Update on Current Services
We have learned that some Hosted PBX and phone customers are experiencing service interruptions. Our team is actively working to restore these services as quickly as possible.
Because Rainbow’s hosted phone system is currently impacted, we have set up a direct number to our Help Desk: 984-244-5726.
They will take your call, document your outage, and send a trouble ticket to our team.
📱 Need Internet Support?
Most internet services remain operational, though some customers may still experience issues. You may try the following:
• Reboot your equipment: Unplug your cable modem and router (or fiber router), wait 5 minutes, and plug them back in.
• Or call the Help Desk: 984-244-5726 — they can remotely reboot your equipment for you.
⚠️ Important: Please do NOT press the “reset” button on your router. This will factory reset the device and may create additional issues.
