A gentle New Year check-in + ways to support your body this year... โค๐ซโจ
(This is gonna be a long one! FB friends click on the link for all the details!)
On a snowy day like today, it feels like the perfect moment to slow down and check in, not just with how weโre feeling right now, but with the intentions we quietly set for ourselves a few weeks ago as the year began.
Most New Year goals arenโt about doing more. Theyโre about feeling better, being more regulated, and hopefully taking better care of ourselves instead of waiting until weโre completely depleted.
This post is a gentle nudge in that direction.
Iโm intentionally sharing this now still early in the year, but far enough in that real life has already started creeping back in โ as a reminder that self care works best when itโs planned, not improvised. Massage isnโt just something you squeeze in when youโre in pain; itโs something that supports your nervous system, your body, and your overall wellbeing when itโs consistent along with many other modalities that I offer.
You can start a yearly package or membership at any time, but thereโs something especially powerful about setting yourself up at the beginning of the year and letting the rest unfold with less effort.
Yearly Massage Packages โ Set Yourself Up for the Year
These packages are designed for people who already know this about themselves: if itโs already paid for, Iโll show up. And if you already actually come in 1 - 2x a month.
Yearly packages allow you to prepay for your massages, monthly or biweekly, at a discounted rate. That way once youโre here, you can fully relax without thinking about payment, budgeting, or decision fatigue.
A few important things to know:
โข Packages can start at any time and run for 12 months.
โข If you purchase now but canโt fit a January session in, we can double up in February (hello Valentineโs Day self-care.)
โข If you ever need to reschedule or miss a session, we can double up the following month,
โข All sessions must be used within the 12-month period. Any unused sessions after that time are void.
These packages work beautifully for people who want their massages to feel like a given, not a question mark. Youโve already invested, so the hardest part (deciding) is already done.
Monthly & Biweekly Memberships โ Consistent Care, Less Commitment
If you know you want regular support for your body, but donโt feel ready to commit to a full year upfront, memberships are a great middle ground.
Memberships are designed for people who want consistent care for at least three months or more, without having to think about rebooking or payment each time. All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment, because thatโs where your body really starts to respond to consistent work.
Basic Memberships are perfect if you want steady, supportive care:
โข Basic Monthly Membership
โ 60 minutes: $65/month
โ 90 minutes: $95/month
โข Basic Biweekly Membership (2 sessions per month)
โ 60 minutes: $130/month
โ 90 minutes: $190/month
Basic memberships include streamlined, hands-on massage, hot towels, one extra massage tool โ simple, effective, and preventative.
VIP Memberships are for those who want deeper, more customized care:
โข VIP Monthly Membership:
โ 60 minutes: $95/month
โ 90 minutes: $125/month
โ 2 hours: $160/month
โข VIP Biweekly Membership (2 sessions per month)
โ 60 minutes: $190/month
โ 90 minutes: $250/month
โ 2 hours: $320/month
VIP memberships include fully customized sessions, tool-supported bodywork, and a quarterly complimentary add-on.
If youโre interested in a membership, I can set one up for you individually through Square, based on the session length and frequency that feels right for your body and schedule.
A Quick Note on Regular Pricing Increasing
I also want to be transparent that regular session pricing will be increasing slightly soon after your introductory session if youโre not on a package or membership.
Packages and memberships lock in better value and make regular care more accessible, especially if massage is something you want to prioritize this year rather than treat as an occasional luxury. These updates also reflect my experience as a massage therapist and the true value of what I do, but it still wont be astronomical! Continued below...
It's time to stop ignoring yourself, your body, and your needs.
If youโve been living with chronic tension or pain, stress, and anxiety, you already know the quiet questions that come up:
"Is this just how my body is now?
Do I really need more support, or should I just push through?
Will this actually help long-term, or just feel good for a day?"
And often, even when we know our body needs more care, we doโฆ nothing. Not because we donโt care, but because life gets loud, time feels limited, and itโs easier to postpone ourselves than to commit.
We tell ourselves, โIโll book soon,โ or โIโll deal with it when it gets worse,โ or โNext month will be better.โ
Meanwhile, our body keeps carrying the load.
Think about how you feel on the table at the end of a massage โ when your shoulders finally drop, your jaw softens, your breathing slows, and your nervous system exhales. That feeling isnโt just relaxation. Itโs your body remembering what safety and relaxation feels like or literally introduces you to that feeling.
Which is actually a miracle for some people.
Consistent care isnโt about indulgence. Itโs about interrupting the cycle of waiting until things hurt badly enough to deserve attention.
Packages and memberships exist to make choosing yourself easier, so you donโt have to renegotiate your needs every time. You decide once, and then you let yourself receive.
If youโre feeling that quiet nudge, the one that says โI need to do this differently this yearโ, please trust it. You donโt need more willpower. You just need a structure that supports you showing up which is exactly what this offer is.
If you have questions or want help choosing what fits best, you can always reply to this email or reach out directly. Iโm here to support you, not just on the table, but in building care that actually lasts which is always my intention.
If you read this far I truly appreciate that and hope to hear from you soon!
With love,
Nicole
