Our family has really been enjoying the downtown Marion decorations this year—the city has truly stepped up its game for family entertainment too! I used to get teased about living “out in the boonies,” and now everyone wants to come visit us. How the tables have turned! 😊
My son is quite the skater, and I’ve been skating all my life—but clearly not well enough! 😅 Our ice skating adventure didn’t end quite as planned. I took a fall and ended up with a fractured patella (kneecap). I’m currently in an immobilizer and will be seeing the orthopedist next week to find out what’s next.
Prayers and tips welcome—especially from anyone who’s been through something similar! 🙏

So much illness going around this time of year. SbIgG is amazing at binding pathogens so they are excreted in our GI tract. Most people don't eat fresh fish daily so need to supplement with fish oil! Did you know studies have shown the higher the omega 3 ratio the lower risk for all cause mortality. What does that mean? The less fish oil (omega 3s) you get the increase risk of nearly all cause of death. This risk is easy to mitigate. Take your omega 3s!
