Our society has become such a “hustle” culture.
We’re always striving, working harder or for the next best thing.
I think we often forget how much power there is in stepping back to 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐓.

When we’re constantly going or anticipating the next “thing,” our bodies go into “fight or flight” mode & so often, we don’t even realize it.
