This month they learned about voodoo flossing 🦵 also known as muscle flossing or tissue flossing, voodoo flossing is a compression therapy technique. "It's meant to restore joint range of motion, increase blood flow to restricted areas, and compress swollen joints that lack motion and that are stiff." -John Gallucci, DPT, ATC

Our Rock Ridge - Choice Therapy Team developed a warm-up routine tailored for all overhead sports teams, aiming to prevent injuries and boost athletic performance.
To begin implementing the program, they introduced it to a few high school athletes - emphasizing proper technique and positioning - so these students can continue sharing the knowledge with their peers.
