Rooted Circles: Yoga & Craniosacral/Body Balancing Balancing Facilitator Rooted Circles offers holistic healing including Craniosacral/Dynamic Body Balancing, Rebirthing Breathwork, yoga, meditation & energy work.

Rooted Circles Services include craniosacral therapy (CST) myofascial therapy, intergrated healing, channeling, energy balancing, psychology, yoga, somatics, breathwork. Available for all ages. CST is a therapy meant to reduce restrictions in the central nervous system include connective tissue in the body. Reasons to consider treatment include but are not limited to; neck or back pain, limited range of motion, TMJ issues, headaches, SI (sacral-illiac) pain, any chronic pain that has not been resolved by other treatments. Other reasons for treatment include discomforts of pregnancy including malposition of baby and in infants, colic, torticollis, chronic ear infections, clogged tear ducts, plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome). After treatments it is most common to feel relaxed and calm with improved mobility. Angela Schweiberger is a Craniosacral Therapist and Registered Yoga teacher and is ready for assist you. Tools for self-awareness, self-respect, and respect of others stillness (contrasted with plenty of movement), inner listening and grounding, strength and community.
🫶🏼No prior yoga experience is needed.

🧘‍♀️ Community Education: Kids Yoga (Grades 2–3)

We could all benefit from learning how to slow down, connect with our bodies, and build self-awareness. This youth yoga class offers a calm, supportive space to move, breathe, and grow.

Students will play gentle movement games, practice age-appropriate yoga, and learn mindfulness skills that support confidence, emotional awareness, and well-being. No prior yoga experience is needed.

Free Community Yoga classes with Angela Schweiberger Hibbing Public Library.

Classes will be held at 10:15 a.m. on the following Mondays: Jan. 26, Feb. 23 and March 23. All ages and abilities are welcome. Some yoga mats will be available for use during the class. Please bring a water bottle and blanket.
