There’s a fine line between judgement and constructive criticism. Where the line is drawn is up to you. Subconsciously, you are only affected by people’s comments if there’s is a deeper part of yourself that believes it to be true. People express what they see, but the added hurt behind their words are projections of the hurt they feel inside. Once you’re able to separate the two, you allow yourself to see your own personal truth without anchoring any negative emotions. It’s ok to want to improve yourself, we should all allow ourself to change and evolve; not from judgement, but from simple observation.

We can either focus on what we want, or we can focus on what we don’t want; people often choose the latter. If you were to think of the two states of being objectively, which one holds more power? Which one holds more inspiration? It’s easy to get lost in the reality of what we don’t want, but doing that only creates more of the same emotion. To truly inspire change within yourself, focus your attention on your future. Who is it you want to be? How does your ideal self act? Lose yourself in your creation and notice your inspiration flow.

We get lost in the illusion of thinking that we are supposed to be greater than the person we are; it’s not possible. Can a cloud be more than a cloud? Can a tree be more than a tree? The concept of being “more than” only exists within the human mind, the ego. We can change form, but we can never be more than ourself. Realize you are exactly who you need to be, exactly when you need to be.

Success is not linear. See that your life has many paths, and you walk them all simultaneously. It is up to you to choose which one resonates with you most. Allow yourself to release old patterns, it’s ok to change your mind. It’s ok to change paths. It’s ok to surrender.

The best way to do this is by gauging your emotions seconds after you speak a personal truth. That’s how you can tell if it resonates with a your greatest good. Each word you speak is like casting a spell, they can be hurtful or helpful.

Know that your best will change from day to day. Honor yourself enough to know that today you may be at 100%, but tomorrow could be 70%, and that’s perfectly fine. When you allow yourself to just be, you allow yourself to reach new limits. Don’t project your past into your future, you are meant to surpass your 100%.
