Seasons Greetings!!
This year is almost to an end. Hope everyone enjoys some part of the holiday season and also has a Happy New Year!!
The office will be CLOSED 12/20-12/28 for Christmas Break.
Gift Certificates are available before Christmas until 12/19/25. Please message me before you come to pick up and I will have them ready for you (828)234-2122.

Life is fun and challenging at times! So is SUP yoga. These strong ladies were up for it! We also had the best rest at the end of our practice. Thank you ladies for a wonderful trip in the mist in August and it’s 69 degrees. By the way water temps were 84!!

These ladies rocked grounded half moon pose. It was so nice practicing with you all today. Even when noise from the outside happens we still can focus on hard things and rise up!! Beautiful day!
