A splendid evening raising Spirit, Hope & Love with the Soweto Gospel Choir. Amazing voices sharing the powerful freedom songs coming out of the South West Township outside of Johannesburg, South Africa during the apartheid movement.

Thursday night’s concert, brought to WFU through the Secrest concert series, featured freedom songs from our Civil Rights movement, as well. And they ended with a glorious rendition of Hallelujah🙌🏽 🙌🏽✨🎶✨🎶✨

We’re reminded to keep up the fight for freedom. Keep uniting through music, through love. Until all humankind learns to love fiercely, we will continue to defend our right to sustainable wellbeing & happiness in life. Community and music raise our souls and inspire our resolve. 🫶🏽

I am still buzzing with love and gratitude after sharing my spiritual journey at this Sunday’s Devotion Experiment with a room full of new friends, fellow seekers,

What beautiful energy shared in this sacred circle 💫 while incorporating the raised energy from the morning’s flow yoga session and the beautiful sunflower mandala that .smoot and Kasper made earlier that day 🌻s welcomed this old Kansas soul with a wink. We added our own intentions and personal touch to the thread, holding space for our fellowship.🌻✨🌻

I am incredibly 😇 for this opportunity to spread new wings through this special spiritual show and tell. To take people on a journey - that winding path from my head to my heart to my soul that honors my relationship with the divine - a culmination of my own alchemical unfurling, stepping into my fullness. ✨✨✨

So grateful to the sweet soul who encouraged me to join this beautiful gathering 🫶🏽 and so grateful for the community Chelsea has created and continues to grow with fierce love.💗 A gift 💝 to come as you are and to leave more YOU!

So happy to have made it to the last day of the NC Folk Festival in downtown Greensboro to see my fav psychedelic salsa band, ¡Tumbao! and to meet wonderful artists & artisans. Enjoying great vibes, dancing & supporting local music & vendors. Thank you gracias 🙏🏽 for always bringing us the best of latino culture to the Triad 🙌🏽💖 Thank you Greensboro for putting on this wonderful event 💫 free for all.

Can you spot it?? 👁️

I stopped to enjoy some flowers that caught my eye today, even though I walk past them daily. 🌾 As I’m taking a picture, I see something flutter in my frame. It was too fast for me to see clearly. I thought it was a butterfly. Instead, I was blessed to have captured a brief moment with a hummingbird 🙌🏽💝

Daniel Ridge Falls

There is a loop riddled with waterfalls that I didn’t have time to do. Definitely will be back to this pocket of W NC just a few miles from the TN & SC border. Brevard county is one of the gems of the Appalachias. 🌳🌳

Pisgah National Forest in Western NC - in gorgeous Brevard county.
1st images are of Looking Glass Falls, it is a freebie, very little walking necessary.

Second falls is a moderate hike up through Moore’s Cove. Beautiful forest bathing with a gorgeous waterfall as a treat. Grateful to be here 🙏🏽
