Use this massage tip to aide in sinus and allergy relief.

Start with the technique shown below, then use your three middle fingers on both hands, on each side of your face, make long smooth gliding motions from your chin to your ears, 10 to 12 times. Follow this up with smooth gliding strokes from the base of your jaw, under your ear lobes, to the starred point at the base of your neck into the clavicle triangle, 10 to 12 times.

You can do this massage technique 5 to 7 times a day to relieve inflammation and swelling in your face, neck, and sinuses.

ITEMS MUST BE CLEAN AND NOT SOILED, new or gently used.
