I love when my clients ask me for Guasha! This client wanted another session, after telling me how much better he felt after his last deep tissue massage when I used Guasha to treat his rhomboids and traps.

Let me explain: see the dark red spots (this is called petechiae) this happens during Guasha treatments when the fascia and muscle have adhesions aka knots. Guasha promotes a chemical broke down to occur in the soft tissue to improve circulation and healing to begin through the lymphatic system. The redness will decrease a few hours after treatment with no brusing or further irritation.
