Some things get passed down that we do not always see or fully understand.

Join us on April 25, 2026 from 2:00–3:30 PM for a Generational Trauma Healing Circle at Hickory Yoga & Wellness with Ellen Crider and Amy Robinson.

This educational and relaxing experience will explore how trauma can carry over through generations and how healing can begin through awareness, energetic understanding, and sound frequency.

You’ll leave with new insight, a deeper sense of connection, and space to reflect in a supportive environment.

Cost: $30 per person
