Good afternoon! Our Hickory location is an official Helene supply drop off site -- please get this information out to all you know who would like to contribute items for those in need due to Helene's aftermath. Our donated items will be taken to the Foothills Higher Education facility in Morganton. The supplies gathered from our local area will be donated to the western NC communities in need. Thank you all for your continued support!

Meet our lovely Nurse Practitioner, Roxanne Price, MSN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC! 🩺

Roxanne has over ten years critical care nursing experience. She found her calling to work with underserved populations during a mission trip to Mexico. She has since dedicated her time into completing graduate school in order to become an advocate for underserved and rural communities.

Meet our Medical Director, Justin Crouse, PA-C! 🩺

Justin has been working in the medical field since 2009 and has a background in molecular biology and radiology. He is also experienced in Psychiatry and Behavioral Health, Addiction Medicine, and Primary Care. He truly enjoys caring for our community and treats every patient like family.
