Employee Spotlight: Kassadi, Front Desk Patient Relations Coordinator 🌟

Kassadi is a dedicated front desk patient relations coordinator at AFC Urgent Care Hickory and is often the first friendly face patients see when they walk through the door. She assists with check-in, paperwork, and explaining co-pays or co-insurance, always approaching each interaction with patience and care. 😊📝

Kassadi says she enjoys working at AFC for two main reasons: helping patients smile, even when they are not feeling their best, and being part of a team that shares her passion for helping others. Even challenging days feel rewarding when she is surrounded by people who care. 💙🤍

Originally from West Virginia, Kassadi enjoys traveling home to spend time with her family. She also loves taking road trips with her boyfriend and exploring new parts of Western North Carolina. 🚗✨

Michelle has been a valued member of the AFC Urgent Care Hickory team for three years. As lead patient relations coordinator, she is often the first friendly face patients see, welcoming them and ensuring the check-in process is smooth and efficient. 😊📝

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her fur babies and traveling. One of her favorite ways to unwind is relaxing on a Florida beach. 🐾✈️🏖️
