This program will provide comprehensive support to veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness, including housing placement, case management, and access to critical resources. Get ready for an unforgettable evening of music, food, and fun at the Summer Sunset Celebration on Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Paramount Classic Cars and Trucks! This exciting event, themed "Under the Boardwalk," promises a night filled with entertainment, games, raffles, and more. Guests will enjoy live music from The Catalinas, featuring a mix of classic Ocean Drive and Myrtle Beach tunes alongside today’s hits.

Tickets are $75 per person and include: Music and dancing; chef-crafted dinner inspired by Lowcountry flavors, prepared by Imagine One Hospitality; beer and wine, games and access to the Paramount Classic Cars and Trucks display.

GHCCM has partnered with Lenoir-Rhyne University students to offer healthy eating programs! This session is the first of many in the Nutrition Plus Education series that will be taking place once a month with both Spanish and English classes. The Nutrition Plus Education Class provides a place for diabetic and prediabetic clients to engage in open discussions by sharing personal experiences and exploring ideas with one another. Rather than receiving direct instruction, the clients work together to answer questions, solve problems, and learn through dialogue. Clients are encouraged to speak up, listen actively, and support one another’s learning. The goal of the Nutrition Plus Education Class is for each client to actively participate while discovering new insights into diabetes in a relaxed and respectful environment
