Our BAYADA Greensboro, NC Pediatric Office recently welcomed nursing students from ECPI University for a Tour and Explore event! Students got an inside look at our Nurse Residency Program and toured our state-of-the-art simulation lab, where they can build skills and confidence for their future in nursing.

Longtime BAYADA client Cam enjoyed a fun day out with his nursing team at a Phillies baseball game! They cheered for the home team with the same enthusiasm they bring to cheering on Cam every day.

Cam’s brother, Alex, shared this with our Newtown Square, PA office: “My family and I appreciate everything you all do on behalf of my brother! It truly means a lot.”

Alex also works for BAYADA as a manager, making this connection even more meaningful. ❤️

Our BAYADA Home Health Care teams proudly honor our veterans through meaningful ceremonies and heartfelt appreciation.

We were privileged to recognize U.S. Marine Corps Veteran Otis McCoin, a Vietnam War Veteran and Purple Heart recipient, through our BAYADA Salute to Service program.

Despite the challenges of war and his current battle with cancer, Mr. McCoin exemplifies strength, resilience, and unwavering dedication to his fellow veterans. His courage and service inspire us all.

Every year, BAYADA partners with Philadelphia Adaptive Rowing and rowing clubs across several states to bring the BAYADA Regatta to life. As the nation’s oldest and largest all-adaptive rowing event, it’s powered by something you can’t fake: culture.

In this video from the 42nd BAYADA Regatta, you’ll see employees, volunteers, and their families showing up early, cheering loudly, and supporting athletes with disabilities in ways that are deeply human and heart-centered.

This year, we also honored Carol Quinn, a beloved BAYADA employee who spent her career supporting colleagues and volunteering at events like the Regatta. Her dedication, warmth, and decades of service left a lasting mark on our hearts and our work. As CEO David Baiada said, "She’s emblematic of the BAYADA Regatta. She’s always there." ❤️

The BAYADA team from our Garden City and Hauppauge, NY, offices recently participated in the 2025 Walk to Defeat ALS at Eisenhower Park.

The team helped raise $1,000 to support the cause and sponsored a table where they connected with community members and client families. We are so proud of them for going the extra mile to support their community. ❤️

North Carolina’s 2025 Home Care & Hospice Advocacy Day was a tremendous success!

Tempestt, CSM was just 1 of the 175 registered advocates representing 65 agencies from across the state. Advocates had the opportunity to share personal stories with lawmakers emphasizing the urgent need to strengthen access to home care in NC through raising reimbursement rates. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many lawmakers expressing appreciation and support for home health care services.
