Camden’s journey with BAYADA began when he was just a baby. For the past five years, our Fort Wayne, IN team has watched Camden overcome numerous medical challenges with unwavering determination to reach where he is today.

As Camden prepares to start Kindergarten, our team is filled with pride at his strength as he graduates from our pediatric services. We are grateful to his family for entrusting us with his care and allowing us to be part of this remarkable journey. ❤️

Today marks an important milestone in BAYADA’s 50-year journey.

After eight years of visionary leadership, David Baiada will transition out of the CEO role and join BAYADA’s Board of Directors upon the appointment of our next CEO. He will also serve as an advisor during the transition, ensuring continuity in leadership and in the care we provide.

The Board has begun a thoughtful search for our next CEO, the first outside the Baiada family, who will carry forward our mission, values, and legacy for the decades ahead.

During his tenure, David has embodied The BAYADA Way® - our commitment to compassion, excellence, and reliability – while guiding us through extraordinary growth, driving innovation, and leading with compassion through challenges like the global pandemic.

BAYADA client Jaxon and his brother Liam share a special bond. Recently, Liam visited our Mount Laurel, NJ office to see how we train caregivers to provide inclusive care, all as part of earning his Disability Awareness merit badge as a Boy Scout.

Liam gained firsthand experience and learned creative ways to help make life more accessible for Jaxon, like designing a wheelchair-accessible sprinkler system.

We’re proud of Liam for showing how acts of love and kindness can help create a welcoming and supportive environment for people with disabilities in our communities. ❤️
