Dr. B is at it again! Daily Qi Gong is good for overall wellness—blood circulation, blood pressure, heart rate, stress levels, and blood sugar levels. Aim for 1 minute per exercise, but if you need to start at 20 seconds per exercise and work your way up to a minute, that’s okay too!
