Catawba Valley Family and Specialty Care practices are enhancing the billing experience to make it more convenient for our patients.
While many patients already receive text message notifications, this update introduces a new billing platform, which means you may notice a different phone number, updated messages, and a new online payment experience.
For visits on or after April 30, 2026, you may receive a secure text message when your bill is ready, making it easier to view your balance and make a payment quickly from your phone.
To help you recognize these messages:
• Texts will come from (833) 946-2331
• You’ll be asked to verify your identity using your name and date of birth
• Messages are secure and part of our updated billing system
You may have received billing texts from a different number in the past. Both experiences are legitimate depending on your date of service.
