Garry and Carol’s journey shows the heart of LSC communities. For nearly 10 years, Trinity Oaks has been Garry’s home. When Carol bravely faced Alzheimer’s, Trinity Oaks was their lifeline—providing care through:

• Trinity Living Center for care and engagement during the day.
• Trinity at Home for in-home support.
• Skilled Nursing at Trinity Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation for compassionate, quality medical care

Each step was delivered with sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring Carol’s dignity and comfort.

Today, Garry continues to thrive—healthy, independent, and recently back from a trip to England and Scotland! His story reminds us why our work matters: to ensure seniors across North Carolina have the care and community they deserve.

💟💜 Trinity Ridge partnered with Friendship Lutheran Church for our annual fundraiser benefiting the Alzheimer’s Association, raising over $4,000 to support Alzheimer’s care, research, support, awareness, and advocacy.

The Trinity Ridge team was proud to join the Walk to End Alzheimer’s last weekend — standing together with our community to raise awareness and honor those affected.

We are grateful for the opportunity to support such an important cause alongside friends, families, and fellow caregivers. Every step we take brings us closer to a world without Alzheimer’s. 💜
