This month’s employee spotlight is Tim Williams 👏 👏

Tim has been with ClearWater for just over a year and brings an impressive 33 years of experience in industrial pump distribution and project management with him. He plays a key role in helping grow our industrial sales efforts, a challenge he truly enjoys. Tim values the strong relationships he’s able to build with both customers and coworkers. Over the course of his career, he has developed extensive knowledge across a wide range of products and applications making him a wonderful addition to our ClearWater family!

This month, we’re excited to highlight Tommy Pierce as our employee spotlight 👏🏻👏🏻

Tommy has been part of the ClearWater team for a little over a year and a half serving as our Western VA Municipal & Industrial Salesman.
After spending two decades in the corporate world, Tommy says his favorite part about ClearWater is the strong family culture that makes coming to work so enjoyable.

He knew early on that he wanted to pursue a career in technical sales. While the pump industry wasn’t originally on his radar, once he got started, he was hooked — and we’re glad he found his way here!
We’re grateful to have Tommy on our team and appreciate the dedication and expertise he brings to the team!

🏁 ClearWater is proud to sponsor Michael Bumgarner Racing on an absolutely record-breaking season — a year that will go down in the books!
Michael had a phenomenal run this year, breaking the most wins in a single season record with a total of 22 victories, a mark that had stood since 1990. Along the way, he captured major victories in the Bobby Isaac Memorial and Fall Brawl, and earned a feature $10,000 win at Caraway Speedway — his first time competing there. He also ran in the top 10 at Martinsville, one of the biggest and most competitive races of the season.

Congratulations, Michael, on a truly historic season! Your dedication, drive, and sportsmanship make us proud to have you representing the ClearWater and ClearElectric family.
