It's been an Awesome week so far and it's only Tuesday!

So far this week, some of what I have heard and seen in the office are...

I had a lovely elderly lady yesterday tell me she can now roll over in bed pain free. She can not remember the last time she was able to do that pain free!

I had another patient who has been using a cane for months because of pain and being unstable. She came in yesterday with NO CANE and a smile on her face!!!

Another patient has been suffering from severe headaches all weekend and not able to get in due to his work schedule. Came in today and got adjusted and immediate relief!

Had a sweet 6 week old baby new patient that has been constipated for way too long. For all of you parents out there, you know if your baby is miserable...the entire household is miserable! Baby came in today and started pooping after the adjustment before leaving the office!

These are just some of the amazing results with chiropractic that we see on a daily basis!

I love what I do!!!

Today we celebrate a big birthday. Happy 130th birthday chiropractic!!!

Today is founders day. 130 years ago today was the first chiropractic adjustment to Harvey Lilard that restored his hearing!!! I love what I do and I love chiropractic!!!!

I am always learning and studying. Today I spent the morning with over 30 top Chiropractors across the country and top attorneys learning more about auto collisions.

This topic is also personal to me. This is where my journey started over 20 years ago when I blew out my L4 disc in a car collision. I could not feel my left foot for over a month and it took over a year and a half to fully heal. Worst pain I have ever experienced in my life. I am very thankful to go through this as it has been such a benefit to everything to come after this experience.

This was my entry into chiropractic and has allowed me to fully understand what patients go through when they come to my office.

Over my career I have done many trainings to continue to learn more and gain as much knowledge as possible.

Some of my training includes Advanced certification in whiplash and brain trauma from the Spine Research Institute of San Diego. I am also a certified chiropractic sports physician. There is a lot of cross over between sports injuries and car collision injuries due to the violent and fast nature of these injuries.

Today was just another extension of continuing this journey to stay on top of the latest research and legal cases.

Over the weekend we received our 500th google review!!!

I want to thank all of you for allowing me to help you, your family, friends and the Hickory area to become healthier through natural chiropractic care! This is Our Mission, and you are all very much a part of it!

Chiropractic is an incredible thing! How many professions out there get to make this kind of difference?! It’s that time of year again!!!

School is getting ready to start. Here are a few tips to help you and your child get ready by making sure not to overload that backpack. Also, wearing it properly will help keep the weight distribution more balanced.

Parents, kids, teachers should all be getting their spine checked to make sure their nerve power is flowing optimally!

When the brain and body are communicating properly, it will allow the immune system to work better, allow for better memory retention with studying, better focus! These are only a few of the great side effects to having a great chiropractic adjustment!!
