Some really great information here to consider for whatever shows up this weekend.

The biggest thing is to plan ahead and not wait to see what happens and then figure out what to do next. 🤔

Very similar to our health and spinal cord system. If you fail to plan ahead and wait until something happens, that is when your health suffers. This is why myself, my team, my family all get adjusted at least once a week. To make sure we have as much brain power going into our bodies delivering full power to ALL cells, tissues, organs and glands for as long as possible!! ⚡️⚡️

Because of this, every baby should be checked by a chiropractor shortly after birth.

The nervous system is the most important system in your body. It is the first system to develop in the body and the only one encased in bone!

The nervous system is what the brain uses to communicate to EVERY system in the body.

Patients come to my office all the time due to pain. Low back pain, neck pain, headaches, car accidents, etc. did you know that only 10% of the nerve fibers coming out of the spine transmit pain??!! The other 90% transmits function!!! How cool is that!!!

So my point being……is lack of pain a good indication of how healthy someone is? Of course not!!

This is why chiropractors adjust the spine. To remove choking of the nerves so that the brain and body can communicate and FUNCTION the way it is suppose to! This includes healing from an injury.

Last question….. What percentage of your nerves do you want working properly and for how long?
