Aging with Grace, Living with Strength

Today at Trinity Village, we were honored to welcome Nate Futrell, Director of Health and Wellness at Trinity Landing. Nate is passionate about empowering seniors to age with grace and strength — and he brought that passion to life during his visit!

He led an inspiring session on strength training and balance, giving our residents practical tools to stay strong, steady, and confident in their day-to-day lives. Even more impactful? He took the time to assist each resident with a personalized wellness plan tailored to their individual goals.

This is wellness in action. This is community support.
