A+, A+, A+!!! I've known Dr. Ly for many years and finally needed to call on him for some vision help. I have never been treated with such great care! Both Dr. Ly and his staff are professional and thorough, and I appreciate him taking time to educate me on my vision health. If you need eye care, you'd be doing yourself a favor to give Elite a call; I don't think you'll find anyone better!

Great first visit at Elite Family Eye Care yesterday. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Dr. Ly takes his time to be sure the prescription is right. I'm looking forward to receiving my new prescription sunglasses.

Dr. Ly and his wonderful staff are amazing !!! Fast, efficient, attentive and most of all extremely kind and courteous :) Cant wait to go back for my yearly checkup! ;)
After moving here last year, I was afraid that I wouldnt find an eye Dr that could fit my vision needs as I have MS and have a hard time getting fitted. I was very impressed with Dr Ly and his staff. They were very friendly and the exam went great with hardly no wait time at all..everything was explained and there was no rush in trying to get me out. I will be back every year for my eye exams!
This place is really awesome! I had a really good experience with personalized care. It is really appreciated to be treated with such professional courtesy and kindness by Dr. Ly as though you are a valued patient. My. husband Mike was equally impressed when he went in for his annual check-up. This is so much better than the big offices that try to sell you expensive procedures and act put out when you are trying to get information about all of your options. Everyone on the staff is really helpful and knowledgeable. This is right next to Jason's Deli in Hickory.it couldn't be more convenient.

We are excited to announce that we are relocating into our new location this week and will resume patient care on Wednesday June 9th, 2021.

Lots of news in this update! First of all, we hope everyone is doing well and staying safe out there. This down time has given us some time to reflect on improving patient care. As we reopen to routine care, effective 05/18/2020, we will introduce new office hours as below:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Wednesday: 8:30 am – 6:30 pm
Friday: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
