We truly have a great community! CVH's Health Equity team works with our patients that have needs above and beyond physical & Brain health. When news of this weather hit, we put out a request for supplies to help some of our homeless & insufficient housed - You all showed how much care & compassion there is in our community! Tents! Sleeping bags! Coats! Oh My!
