Behavioral Health Position Available!
Behavioral Health / Integrated Care / Employee Assistance

Employee Assistance Resources (EAR) is seeking well qualified candidates to provide behavioral health services in an integrated care environment in local employer- based medical clinics, and provide a variety of Employee Assistance services including evaluation and referral, brief therapy, training and case management.

EAR provides employee assistance and embedded services in employer-based medical clinics for a variety of employers. We also provide traditional Employee Assistance services from offices in Morganton, Hickory, and via Telehealth. This position provides the opportunity for a blended schedule in both medical and traditional out-patient EAP and counseling environments.

This position offers many opportunities for creative practice, professional growth and collaboration in an outcome-driven multidisciplinary treatment team. It will include approximately 10 hours of embedded integrated care service in employer-based medical clinics as well as additional responsibilities providing evaluation and referral, brief therapy, training and case management.

Appropriate North Carolina licensure and a master’s degree or higher in counseling, clinical social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required. Competitive rates and benefits are available.

LifeWorks / Brian S Hissom & Associates, PLLC is seeking well qualified candidates to provide out-patient therapy in our Morganton, NC office with the option to also provide behavioral health services in primary care clinics in the area. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Our practice provides out-patient therapy, Employe Assistance Program (EAP) services, and embedded behavioral health services for a variety of employers and primary care in the area. We offer the opportunity of a flexible schedule which can include evening and Saturday hours.

An appropriate North Carolina licensure and a master’s degree or higher in clinical social work or doctorate in psychology is preferred for the Morganton office opening.

LifeWorks / Brian S Hissom & Associates, PLLC is seeking well qualified candidates to provide behavioral health services in an integrated care environment in local primary care practices.

Our practice provides behavioral health services for a variety of primary care practices and employer-based medical clinics. We also provide traditional out-patient counseling and Employee Assistance Program services in our Morganton and Hickory locations, and via telehealth. This position provides the opportunity for a blended schedule in both medical and traditional out-patient counseling environments.

This position will serve a local primary care practice using the Collaborative Care Model. Our clinicians are embedded in the primary care practice working as a member of a care team that includes the patient, primary care provider, and consulting psychiatrist. The position offers many opportunities for creative practice, professional growth and the satisfaction of serving in an outcome-driven multidisciplinary treatment team. More information on the Collaborative Care Model can be found here.

This position will include up to 20 hours of embedded integrated care service and can include additional private practice hours in-person and / or by telehealth. Appropriate North Carolina licensure and a master’s degree or higher in counseling, clinical social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.
