Hi, for those new here, I am Tyler and here is a bit about where we started and where we are now.
I began my career in the emergency department, where I spent the majority of my early nursing years. Working in the ER gave me a front-row seat to the realities patients face—especially those struggling with chronic pain, injury recovery, and mental health challenges. It became obvious that there was a significant gap in accessible care options outside of heavy medication use.
When I came across the Acuscope and Myopulse, I immediately recognized the potential to fill this gap. These are biofeedback modulated devices that can correct nerve conduction and improve cell health. It is very effective for chronic pain, nerve related pain/issues and can settle central nervous system dysregulation. This makes for a comprehensive approach to chronic pain and mental health.
In 2020, I decided to step into the world of self-employment to help meet this growing need. What began as a small effort to serve patients in a different way, quickly gained momentum. Within six months, my business experienced rapid growth, and I made the decision to leave my full-time ER bedside position to focus on my clients. Before I knew it, I was running a full blown Acuscope and Myopulse clinic in a “one stoplight” town.
Today, my business has grown to employ two additional nurses to meet the needs of my clients quickly and efficiently. I truly love what I do. I am passionate about serving my patients to the best of my ability and doing so on terms that prioritize their long-term well-being, recovery, and quality of life.
As my work gained attention, I began to notice another gap. People from all over the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe were contacting me, searching for these services in their own communities. At the same time, more and more nurses were reaching out, eager to learn how they could step into entrepreneurship and provide this type of care themselves.
That’s when my mission expanded.
I began mentoring nurses in the Acuscope trade, offering shadow days in my clinic, one-on-one consultations, and structured clinical learning opportunities. What started as patient care has grown into something even bigger—helping expand access to innovative care while empowering fellow nurses to build careers on their own terms.
