🪥Make sure you start brushing your kids teeth twice a day once they get their first tooth! Introducing floss 1x a day will also help establish good oral habits!
🥛🧃Milk, juice, or anything sugary all day long or overnight can cause an increase in childhood cavities, so make sure you give them water unless it is mealtime!
