It’s true, you could be drinking water wrong if you’re treating your body like a bucket instead of a dry sponge! Give your body and cells the chance to actually absorb all that water you’re drinking by sipping on small amounts of water throughout the day, instead of chugging a big glass full all at once 😰

Not sure how much water you should be drinking every day? 1/2 of your body weight in ounces is a good starting point!💧

A healthy, fresh, protein-rich meal doesn’t get any easier than this! 💪🥬🐟

Spring Pea Salad

Ingredients:
2 cups green lentils (cooked, drained and cooled)
3 cups snap peas
1 cup frozen peas (thawed)
2 cups baby spinach (chopped)
2 cans tuna (drained & flaked)

Salad Dressing:
3 Tbs red wine vinegar
1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbs Dijon mustard
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions:
Combine lentils, snap peas, green peas, spinach and flaked tuna together in a large mixing bowl.
In a small jar, combine vinegar, olive oil, mustard, salt and pepper. Put lid on and shake well.
Pour dressing over salad and toss well. Divide into bowls and enjoy!🍴
