This week’s featured program is “Gross Encounters” — a hands-on, silly, and slightly icky exploration of how the gross things our bodies do (think burps, mucus, and more!) actually help keep us healthy. 😷➡️💪

Get ready for an unforgettable morning at the Warren Rives Heart to Heart 5K! 🏃✨ It’s not too late to register but even if you’re not running, you won’t want to miss the action! Bring the whole family over to Truist Point for an exciting morning packed with fun activities.

The Millis team will be on-site with awesome giveaways and there’s plenty more to enjoy: art activities with The Art Gallery at Congdon Yards, the High Point Public Library Bookmobile, face painting, balloon animals, a bounce house and so much more!
