POV: You demonstrate the exercise perfectly… walk away… and somehow they invent a brand new movement 😂

Don’t worry—we’ll always come back to check form!

Physical therapy is a process, and sometimes a little laughter makes the hard work even better.

When your therapist says “flip over”… and what you do is different from what they thought 😂

Don’t worry—we’ve seen it all!

All jokes aside, clear communication (and a good sense of humor) is part of what makes therapy fun and effective.

We love helping our patients feel comfortable, confident, and maybe even laugh a little along the way. Thank you for all the laughs!

We couldn’t be more proud of our Stewart Physical Therapy team.

Our therapists go above and beyond every single day—and it shows. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The 5-star reviews keep coming in, but what matters most to us is what they represent: real people moving better, feeling stronger, and getting back to the life they love.

Thank you to our amazing therapists for the difference you make—and to our patients for trusting us with your care.

We may or may not have turned a couple of our PTs into caricatures… 😅

And honestly? It feels pretty fitting for what’s coming next.

Over the next few weeks, we’re kicking off a new series of reels that highlight some of the funny, all-too-relatable moments we see in the clinic every day.

No callouts. No judgment. Just real life (with a little exaggeration) 😂

If you’ve ever been to PT… you might just see yourself in these 👀

Stay tuned—this is going to be fun.

Our Athletic Training team covers a lot of ground across ABSS, and Barclay is the one making sure it all comes together.

He’s always working behind the scenes, coordinating schedules, helping our ATCs, filling in when needed, and making sure every school has the coverage and support they need. That kind of leadership makes a big difference for our team and for the athletes we serve.

We’re thankful to have him leading the way.

Friday night lights, spring games, and a lot of hard work on the field — high school sports are a big part of the Western Alamance community.

We're proud to support the Warriors and Carla, Certified Athletic Trainer, in caring for Western Alamance athletes all season long.

We love being part of the Western Alamance sidelines and supporting these student-athletes every week.

Good luck to the Warriors this spring! 💪

High school sports are special because of the community behind them.

At Williams High School, many people give their time and effort to support student-athletes, and during Athletic Training Month, we want to say thank you to Taylor, Certified Athletic Trainer, for the care and attention he provides to the Bulldogs all year long.

From being on the sidelines during games to helping athletes through the bumps and bruises that come with competition, he is an important part of keeping your local athletes going strong.

We’re thankful to be part of the Williams High School community and proud to support these athletes every season. 💪

Not every important moment at a game happens under the lights.

At Graham High School, Ashley, Certified Athletic Trainer, is there at practices and games helping take care of the athletes in ways most people never see. Athletic Trainers play a big role in keeping student-athletes going all season long.

During Athletic Training Month, we want to recognize Ashley for the work she does for the Red Devils and for the care she gives to Graham athletes every week.

We’re proud to support Graham High School and the entire local sports community. 💪
