Have you ever wondered what to expect at a lip filler appointment? Here’s a quick overview:

💋 the appointment will take around 45-60 minutes total.

💋 the injections themselves take 15-20 minutes.

💋 based on what a patient’s desired look is - achieving those desired results can sometimes take multiple sessions.

💋 we will ask you to refrain from alcohol both 24 hours before and 24 hours after your appointment, as alcohol acts as a vasodilator - causing blood vessels to relax and open (which could lead to a greater risk of bruising)!

💋 depending on the amount of injections, the area injected, and how your body responds — your lips will be swollen, sometimes slight bruised, for 3-7 days after the injections.

💋 all patients, both new and returning, will schedule a 2-3 week follow-up visit after their injections to ensure everything has healed beautifully, and to ensure they are happy with their results!
