A one-hour pop-up blending yoga and dance-inspired movement 💃🏻🎶

Guided by Brandi (BA in Dance, 200hr YTT), this playful practice invites you to move continuously with your breath — building awareness, releasing tension, and finding ease. It’s your chance to let go, move freely, and simply enjoy the flow.

You may have noticed 🔥 our Pilates classes are gently heated (but not hot like a typical hot yoga class)… Here’s why:

Even though Pilates definitely brings the burn, it doesn’t build as much natural heat in the body as sculpt or a flow-based practice. Adding warmth helps your muscles wake up, supports deeper movement, and creates that balance of strength, sweat, and release.

The result? You leave class feeling stronger, more open, and totally refreshed ✨
