Thank you to all of the Superheroes that raced against child abuse at the Superhero Dash 5K and Family Fun Run! Despite the cold, windy morning, you fought to help us cross the finish line in our fight to protect children in our community.

🚨 Wishlist Wednesday Alert 🚨 There is an immediate need for diapers and pull ups. Items can be dropped off at the listed location.

🚨 Wishlist Wednesday Alert 🚨

We have clients across our programs struggling to afford diapers and pull-ups for their little ones. Clients staying at our domestic violence shelters, participating in our Healthy Start program, or seeking mental health services could all benefit.

Our inventory is particularly low on larger size diapers (4+) and pull-ups. If you have a child who recently transitioned to a larger diaper/pull-up size, please donate your remaining diapers and pull-ups!

Going to the store today? Consider picking up a pack of diapers size 4+ or a box of pull-ups and drop off at our Greensboro, Jamestown or High Point offices.

✨ Did you know? ✨

The first accredited Children's Advocacy Center in North Carolina was opened right here in High Point in 1990 by Family Service of the Piedmont. Over 35 years later, Hope House still serves families by working with child abuse victims every day.

Last fiscal year, Hope House and their partner CAC in Greensboro investigated 387 cases potential cases of child abuse or neglect- that's an average of eight cases a week right here in Guilford County!

Our Guild members showed up to support Family Service of High Point at this year's Oyster Roast. Were you there? Share your pictures with us!

With the Guild's help, Family Service raised over $181,000 to fund life saving programs in our community.

Make it a fun family day and join the Fun Run or participate in the 5k. Check-in for both is at 8am. The Family Fun Run kicks off at 9:00am and the 5k starts at 9:30am. Either way, you're our Superhero!
