Thank you to our amazing Family/Patient/friends who donated a “warmth hug” to our Mountain communities this past week. coats, gloves, hats, socks…ETC are being distributed by Coy and Sandy Carr with Harvest House church, Boone, NC I’m so Thankful, THEY are so Grateful….

Many of us know and love Coy and Sandy Carr…a need shared with with me today from their mission, “Cover the city project!” Is the cold temps we can anticipate in the next month for our beloved NC people so devastated by this past hurricane. I am reaching out to ask for anyone wanting to contribute to their need for warm blankets, coats, gloves, socks, boots, hats. If you have items to donate I can pick up or set up a time for you to bring to the clinic or house. These will be desperately needed in a very short time…

I’m so excited to add this new therapy with our Hyperbaric!
It’s called Brain tapping, rewiring our brains. I will be trying the “sleep“ training I’ll let you know how it goes!😴😴😴
