Hey friends! Hey!

What are you waiting for? I find myself saying later, I'll get to it later. I'll go there later, I'll make time later, I'll put it on my list for later. Why do we do that to ourselves? We only get one life and we should make it a priority to do the things that bring us joy. Do the things that make you feel good. Do the things that are good for you. Like showing up for Wednesday mornings Buti class, yoga dance party on the schedule. I know its hard to roll out of bed so early but I promise not one of us has ever regretted showing up for ourselves and starting our day this way. This time with these ladies generates so much joy for me.

Show up and give it a try. Meet some fabulous ladies. Move your body, and catch some buti bliss. I promise you won't regret it and the sunrise on the way home will be beautiful!

Need a wake up call? Send me your number. Class starts at 5:45 and is over at 6:30. You have time. Every Wednesday morning and one more Tuesday night pop up this month(January 27th).

Hey friends! Hey! Please read for updated class schedule. Mark your calendars now and sign up on th3 website.

This Wednesday (12/24) class will begin at 6:30am.

No morning class on 12/31 but a special pop up at 2:30pm. Come set some new year intentions with us at Om.

January is our regularly scheduled Wednesdays at 5:45am every week and we also will be hosting a couple of Tueaday nights. (1/3 and 1/27) 6:30pm start time on those nights.

I hope everyone is experiencing the magic of this season. I am excited for a little down time and hibernation. I am so grateful that you are here with me. Thank you for coming to Buti with me and for showing up just as you are.

How has the season change been treating ya? I'm still adjusting but everything has such a beauty right now. Are you noticing? Its all around. The sun, the leaves, the critters, the temperature. Don't forget to notice it all and revel in it. Tell me, what's your favorite part of this season?

Tuesday brings Buti at 6:30pm

Show up for yourself to catch some buti bliss. Join us for some time on your mat to stretch, sweat, shake, release. I promise you won't regret coming to share space. The hardest part is just showing up.
