How has the season change been treating ya? I'm still adjusting but everything has such a beauty right now. Are you noticing? Its all around. The sun, the leaves, the critters, the temperature. Don't forget to notice it all and revel in it. Tell me, what's your favorite part of this season?

Tuesday brings Buti at 6:30pm

Show up for yourself to catch some buti bliss. Join us for some time on your mat to stretch, sweat, shake, release. I promise you won't regret coming to share space. The hardest part is just showing up.

Hey friends! Happy Monday! What are you doing for yourself today? Taking sweaty selfies? Ok good. Me too.

I've been working thru alot over here. Trying to remember how to have a personal practice and have fun being a student is a big one for me. Its tough for me to remember to get on my mat consistently. I thrive when I do and I know that, but I let life carry me away and pretend like I don't have time for it. Its all words friends. They matter.

The smile on my face says it all! every time. Im teaching Thuesday night at if you are craving the same. Come share space and catch some of this bliss yourself. Your the only one that can serve it up. Well I can help but you have to show up. We start at 6:30pm. Ask me any questions.

Now I have a question for the STL , where are all the Buti classes at? Shout them out below. I would love to come be a student with you.

Its a practice for moving your body to the beat drop and releasing what no longer serves you. Its a practice for showing up for yourself to get out of your head and into your body.
Its a practice for having fun on your mat.
Its a practice. Period.

If you havent given it a try yet, what's stopping you? Ask me any questions you might have. Everyone starts somewhere and everyone is a beginner when they start.
